Define the scope

You work directly with our Scientific Advisors and Technical Leads to understand your study objectives, sample matrices, analytical requirements, timelines and intended data use. Together, we define a fit-for-purpose technical scope and delivery plan.

Establish the agreement

We put the commercial and operational foundations in place through a Master Services Agreement and study-specific Work Order. Clear scope, responsibilities, timelines and deliverables help support an efficient study start-up.

Initiate the project

Your dedicated Scientific Advisor and Program Lead coordinate a formal project kick-off. We confirm the technical plan, key contacts, communication cadence, sample requirements, milestones and any study-specific risks or dependencies.

Deliver with visibility

Throughout the study, you receive regular progress updates and scheduled project meetings. Our team manages activities against the agreed plan, communicates emerging issues promptly and works with you to address changes or decisions as they arise.

Report and close out

We deliver data and reports in line with the agreed scope and timelines. At study close-out, we complete required documentation, confirm sample disposition where applicable and capture learnings to support subsequent study phases or programs.

Direct access to the experts delivering your study

At Crux Biolabs, you have direct access to the scientific and operational team responsible for your project. This enables informed discussion, timely answers and practical decisions without unnecessary layers between your team and the people delivering the work.

Your Scientific Advisor provides continuity across the project, supported by technical, quality and program-management expertise as required. The result is a collaborative working relationship with clear accountability and responsive communication.

We agree a communication model at project initiation, including key contacts, meeting frequency, reporting expectations and escalation pathways. This creates shared visibility of progress, upcoming activities, risks and decisions.
