Kate has more than 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and a background in virology, molecular biology and drug discovery. She holds a PhD from the University of Melbourne and has held research and leadership roles at Amrad, Biota and Noxopharm.
As Chief Operating Officer, Kate oversees the operational systems and cross-functional delivery required to support high-quality bioanalytical services. Her experience across research, regulatory and quality environments informs Crux Biolabs’ practical and disciplined approach to program delivery.
