Kinga has more than 12 years of experience across immunoassay, cell culture, flow cytometry, microbiology and molecular biology. She has worked in GLP- and GCP-regulated environments for more than eight years, with expertise in cellular immunology and bioanalytical assay development and validation.
As Technical Lead, Immunoassay, Kinga provides technical leadership for assay development, validation and delivery. She combines scientific depth with a collaborative, quality-focused approach to team leadership and continuous improvement.
